The 14th Century effigy tomb was suffering from damp and algal growth which disfigured the low sandstone plinth.

Working with Elliott & Ryder Conservation, Charlie assisted in the dismantling and conservation of the tomb box, the cleaning the effigy and sandstone plinth, and the reconstruction of the tomb.
